Body/System Diagnosis: Enable DTR/Distronic. (This is for diagnosis purposes). Body/CGW: Enable DTR/Distronic. (This tells the lower control panel and ESP the car has Distronic, so once this is done the button for distronic will light up). Info & Communication Systems/Instrument Cluster: Enable DTR/Distronic.
