Sveiki,

Gal kas is ardziusiuju w202 galetu nufotografuot kokias lepmutes reiketu nusipirkti? Neveikia laikrodzio apsvietimas, puse spidometro apsvietimo, taip pat puse peciuko apsvietimo
Tik del apziuros tingiu ardyt 2 kartus

kaip nusipirkau nedege viena peciuko puse, na reguliatorius vienas, nusipirkau as ten ta lempute ten tokia nediduke dedas, sakau reikia pasikeist isiemiau ta peciu, atsidaraiau ir ziuriu mikroskema luzo, nes ji ten taip durnai padaryta, jei nori normaliai istatyt ta lempute reikia ta peciuka iskirt,o iskirt jauciu nesulauzius mikroskemos neimanoma, tai po to sudejau viska dege abi lemputes bet desinei pusei pastoviai salta ora pute DDD tada su tralistu vienu susitariau susikeiciau peciukus ir isidejau kita, tai vel viena puse nesviecia bet nors reguliuojas viskas tai nebelendu DD o i spidometra dedasi tai tokios nedideles su plasmasiniu koteliu, pardose 5lt vienetas liktai, , na vienu zodziu isiimk spida isimk lepute nulek i parda ir isidesi ten vietoi, labai ten lengva..... as galvoju dabar susidet i spida baltas lemputes, bet idomu kaip sviestu....

Prepare by:
1) Turning steering wheel so that the 3 or 9 "o'clock" position is straight up and telescope steering wheel all the way out to allow space for the cluster to slide out to the right. (this removal method requires telescoping steering wheel. Otherwise, steering wheel must be removed to provide space for cluster removal - see other threads)
2) Disconnect vehicle battery power.
3) Cover steering wheel with cloth to protect cluster housing during removal.

Removal:
Step 1) Remove driver-side tweeter assembly: The driver-side tweeter assembly is located above the a/c vent just left of the cluster. This is removed by carefully popping up the front-right side of the tweeter assembly with a small flat head screwdriver, then releasing the small latch on the top-left side (inside) of the a/c vent by pushing it in with the screwdriver while carefully pulling upward on the tweeter assembly. The tweeter can then be rolled slightly to the right to release the rear latch and is now out of the way.
Step 2) Remove the a/c vent piece: Remove the two screws on the a/c vent exposed by removing the tweeter assembly. Then, release the two latches at the bottom-inside of the a/c vent while carefully pulling the vent outward. After a little wiggling it should come straight out.
Step 3) Push the cluster from the back: In the space where the a/c vent was should be a little hole that exposes the back-left side of the instrument cluster. Placing your hand in the hole, push the rear-left side of the cluster outward to release the cluster from the rubber friction pads that hold it in. This may take quite a push to release (mine finally released after getting so frustrated that I pushed as hard as I could, and despite pushing hard it didn't break).
Step 4) Release right side of cluster using hook: After releasing the left side of the cluster with your hand you will need to pull the right side out. I achieved this using the dreaded modified hanger hooks (found here: 202Tech Instrument Cluster Removal). Be very careful, as the hooks can scratch up the cluster and the dash. The hook is inserted between the cluster and the dash near the bottom of the cluster (by the clock adjustment buttons), then rotated to catch and pulled outward. Since the cluster has already been partially released, you shouldn't have to pull very hard. Once both side are released just shimmy the cluster out until you have access to the back of the cluster to remove the two wiring harness connectors (one on right and one on left side).
Step 5) Remove two wiring harness connectors: This is achieved by rotating the release lever attached to the middle of the connector. Flipping the lever should release the connection, no hard pulling is required.
Step 6) Pull cluster out of vehicle: Once the wiring harness connectors have been removed you can now pull the cluster out of the vehicle by shimmying it to the right following the arch of the steering wheel until you get clear of the dash.
Step 7) Remove and replace bulbs: Bulbs are removed by twisting a quarter turn counter-clockwise and replaced by properly seating the metal contacts and twisting a quarter turn clockwise. The base of the larger bulbs is reused and the bulb is just replaced (pull out), while the smaller bulbs require new bulb/base combination.
Step 8) Reinstall using steps above in reverse order.

Work Time: 30 minutes; Cost: $40
